ECoR originating trains towards New Delhi to run temporarily on diverted routes

Bhubaneswar: East Coast Railway (ECoR) originating trains towards New Delhi will temporarily run on diverted routes in the East Central Railway jurisdiction, due to the derailment of a goods train that took place at Gurpa in Gomo-Manpur Railway Section of Dhanbad Division, an ECoR source informed.

Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Duronto Express (Train No-12281), which is to start from Bhubaneswar on October 26, 2022, will run via Adra-Joychandipahar-Asansol-Jhajha-Patna-Din Dayal Upadhyaya Junction instead of Adra-Gomo-Gaya-Din Dayal Upadhyaya Junction route.

Similarly, Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express (Train No-22811), which is to start from Bhubaneswar on October 26, 2022, will run on a diverted route via Bhojudih-Talgaria-Muri-Barkakana-Garwa Road-Dehro on Sone-Din Dayal Upadhyaya Junction instead of its previous Khanodih-Gomo-Gaya-Upadhyaya Junction route, the ECoR press release issued in this regard mentioned.

Likewise, Puri-Anand Vihar (New Delhi) Nandankanan Express (Train No-12815), which is to start from Puri on October 26, 2022, will run on a diverted route via Bhojudih-Talgaria-Muri-Barkakana-Garwa Road-Dehri on Sone-Din Dayal Upadhyaya Jn instead of Khanodih-Gomo-Gaya-Upadhyaya Jn route.
