Over a dozen persons today lodged complaints with the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Odisha Crime Branch here alleging that they have been defrauded of Rs 3 crore by an event management company.

According to reports, Bikash Bhuyan, the managing partner of ‘Creative Express Event Management Company’ had allegedly swindled Rs 3 crore from 15 investors by promising them lucrative returns on their investment.

The Bhubaneswar branch of the EOW has registered a case and has launched its investigations in the matter.
