Shibashankar Ulaka joins BJP

Bhubaneswar, Mar 5:

Former Congress leader Shibashankar Ulaka,  son of former minister and Congress stalwart Ram Chandra Ulaka, today formally joined the BJP in the presence of the state unit president KV Singhdeo at the BJP office here.

Shibashankar had resigned from the Congress on March 1.

In a letter to the PCC president Jayadev Jena, he had said he was consistently sidelined in the party.
