Extramarital affair suspicion: Woman kills husband in Odisha’s Keonjhar

Keonjhar: In a ghastly incident, a woman allegedly killed his husband at Siljoda village under Bamebari police limits in Joda block of Odisha’s Keonjhar district last night after a dispute with him, who was suspecting her of having an extramarital affair.

The deceased has been identified as Dayal Munda (40). According to police sources, Dayal was suspecting his wife Mukta having of having an illicit affair with a man. A bitter quarrel erupted between the two last night and it took an ugly turn as Mukta attacked his husband with a stick killing him on the spot.

On being informed by villagers about the incident this morning, police reached the spot, recovered the body for post-mortem and started an investigation.
