Bhubaneswar: All banks in worst cyclone-hit Puri district will resume their operation from today, informed Chief Secretary AP Padhi after a review meeting here today.

Briefing mediapersons, Padhi said, “All banks in Puri will operate by this evening. All bank-related works will be done offline in absence of internet services.”

Besides, efforts are afoot to restore Gramya Banks in the district that have been completely damaged in the cyclone.
