Fire breaks out at garment showroom in Odisha’s Cuttack

Cuttack: While the raids by fire services department are in progress in Bhubaneswar to inspect fire safety measures, fire broke out at a garment showroom at silver city Cuttack here today.

However, no casualty was reported so far.

Two fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the flames at the showroom located at Choudhury Bazaar area.

Short circuit is suspected behind the incident at the garment showroom ‘Queens Collection’.

The incident was reported barely one week after a massive fire gutted articles worth crores at City Style, a shopping mall at the city.
