Five from SCB Hospital, 2 kids among fresh COVID-19 cases in Cuttack City
Cuttack: While Cuttack district reported 32 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, 50 per cent of the cases belong Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) area. With 16 new cases, the city’s tally reached 366.
The fresh cases include five patients and attendants of SCB Medical College and Hospital and eight home quarantine cases, including a 9-year-old boy and a 12-year old girl.

Currently, the number of active cases in the city stands at 142. However, 217 patients have recovered from the disease and seven succumbed to the virus.
Active surveillance, contact tracing, and sanitization drive in the concerned areas are underway, said the CMC.
