Former captain Virat Kohli interacts with India U-19 team ahead of World Cup final against England

New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: Former Team India skipper Virat Kohli held a virtual meeting with India’s U-19 team ahead of their World Cup final clash against England in the West Indies.

India U-19 off-breaker Kaushal Tambe took to his Instagram profile to share a screenshot of the team’s interaction with Kohli.

“Some valuable tips from the GOAT ahead of the finals,” Tambe wrote in his Instagram story.

All-rounder Rajvardhan Hangargekar also shared a screengrab of the team’s interaction with Kohli.

“It was really good to interact with you @virat.kohli bhaiyaa. Learnt some important things about life and cricket from you which will help us in getting better in upcoming times,” Hangargekar wrote.

Kohli of course is no stranger to U-19 World Cup finals as he led India to glory back in 2008 by defeating South Africa in the final.

The Yash Dhull-led current Team India U-19 side registered a brilliant victory over the three-time winners Australia in the second semi-final on Thursday at the Coolidge Cricket Ground in Antigua. They will now face England in the final on Saturday.
