Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court here today acquitted former Congress MLA from Sanakhemundi Ramesh Jena in a case pertaining to tender fixing.

Jena was acquitted by the JMFC Court due to lack veritable evidence and witnesses against him, reports said.
Five more who were also accused in the same case were acquitted by the court, the reports added.
