Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance today traced properties worth crores of rupees belonging to Bandita Mohapatra, former Planning Member of the Sambalpur Development Authority, during raids at various places on the basis of allegation against her regarding possession of assets disproportionate to her known sources of income.

Officers of the anti-corruption agency have unearthed the following assets in the name of Mohapatra and her family members.

1) One triple storeyed building at Soubhagya Nagar, Bhubaneswar.

2) A flat at Netaji Subash Enclave, Gadakana, Bhubaneswar.

3) Four plots in and around Baripada town.

Valuation/assessment of the buildings/ flat/ plots was being carried out by the Vigilance Technical Wing.

4) Cash Rs 3,77,338.

5) Deposits of over Rs 1 crore in Mutual Funds.

6) A four-wheeler and a two-wheeler.

Till last reports came in, the raids were underway while the total value of her movable and immovable properties was yet to be calculated.
