Bhubaneswar: The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced fresh date for the UGC NET 2024 June session, which was recently cancelled following the NEET Exam paper leak allegation.

As per the schedule, the UGC NET June 2024 Cycle will be held between August 21 and September 4, 2024.

The UGC NET June 2024 Cycle examination was earlier held in Pen and paper (offline) mode. However, it will now be held in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, the NTA said in a release.

This apart, the NTA also announced dates for NCET 2024 and Joint CSIR-UGC NET. While NCET 2024 will be conducted on July 10, Joint CSIR-UGC NET will be held between July 25 and 27.

The candidates are advised to visit the official website of NTA (www.nta.ac.in).

Meanwhile, the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2024 will be held as earlier scheduled on July 6, 2024.

Earlier, UGC NET exam for the June shift was conducted on June 18 in two shifts. However, the Ministry of Education cancelled the examination claiming that the "integrity may have been compromised' after receiving input about alleged paper leak in the NEET exam.
