Fresh low pressure likely to trigger heavy rainfall across Odisha

Bhubaneswar: A fresh low pressure has formed over north-west and adjoining west-central Bay of Bengal which is likely to trigger heavy rainfall in several parts of Odisha.

Here’s day-wise weather forecast for Odisha till August 13:

August 9: Heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Koraput, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, and Gajapati.

Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Ganjam, Rayagada, Bolangir, Bargarh, Anugul, and Nuapada.

August 10: Heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Gajapati, Rayagada and Bolangir.

Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Ganjam, Kandhamal, Boudh, Nayagarh and Nuapada.

August 11: Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Bargarh, Nuapada, Bolangir, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur and Koraput.

August 12: Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Kalahandi, and Kandhamal.

August 13: Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Sonepur, Nuapada, Nabarangpur and Deogarh.
