Gambling den busted in Odisha’s Sonepur: 11 held, 26 vehicles seized

Sonepur: Police last night busted a gambling den at Hutuma village in Binika area of Odisha’s Sonepur district and arrested as many as 11 persons in this connection besides seizing 26 vehicles.

A special squad of the district police raided the spot acting on a tip-off and apprehended the accused who hail from Bheden and Binika areas of the district.

As many as 4 cars, 22 two-vehicles and Rs 11,350 were seized by cops. The arrested persons will be forwarded to court today, police sources said.
