Group clash over land dispute leaves six critical in Odisha’s Bhadrak

Bhadrak: A group clash over land dispute involving two families left six persons, including three women, critically injured at Baralapokhari village under Bhadrak Town police limits in Odisha.

The injured ones have been admitted to the Bhadrak District Headquarters Hospital for treatment. Police have started investigation into the incident.

As per reports, the land dispute has been prevailing between Dalei and Senapati families in the village for the last four years.

The matter took a violent turn on Thursday night as the two groups attacked each other with sharp weapons.

Palpable tension gripped the village after the clash while policemen have been deployed in the locality to avoid any further untoward incident.
