Hailstorm throws life out of gear in Odisha’s Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda, Jan 2:

Heavy rain accompanied with hail battered Odisha’s district headquarters town of Jharsuguda for about an hour this evening.

Life came to a standstill due to its impact for about an hour in this district headquarters town considered to be the industrial hub of western Odisha.

Power supply was disrupted in various parts of the town adding to the misery of the people.

However, no damage to life and property has been reported.
