Heat wave: Odisha govt shuts down grievance cells from Apr 24

In view of the intense heat wave condition prevailing in different parts of the state and keeping in mind difficulties faced by the general public in travelling, the Odisha government today decided to temporarily shut joint complaint hearing cells of District Collectors and Superintendents of Police including the Chief Minister’s grievance cell from coming Monday till further orders, a release from the CMO said.

During this period general public can register their grievances via email by logging in to www.cmgcodisha.gov.in or through the post. Complaints will be received through email and post at district level too, the release added.

The grievance cells will be opened after heat wave relents, the release further said.
