Heavy rain forecast: Thundershower to lash 8 Odisha districts this evening

Bhubaneswar: As many as eight districts in Odisha are set to witness thundershower and rainfall this evening, according to the forecast of Indian Meteorological Department.

Parts of Angul, Bargarh, Cuttack, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur and Sonepur are likely to experience moderate thunderstorm and lightning.

Spells of intense rain may also occur in these areas, as per the latest weather bulletin.

Such weather conditions are likely between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm this evening.
