Bhubaneswar: Several parts of Odisha are likely to experience heavy rainfall during the next two days, the Regional Meteorological Centre here forecasted today.
"Yesterday's cyclonic circulation over south interior Odisha now lies over central parts of interior Odisha and adjoining Chhattisgarh. Southwest Monsoon has been active over Odisha," the Meteorological Centre said.

September 7: Heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 11 cm) very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Sundargarh and heavy rainfall (7 to 11 cm) very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Gajapati, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Bolangir, Sonepur, Boudh, Deogarh, Angul, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj.
September 8: Heavy rainfall (7 to 11 cm) very likely to occur at isolated places over the districts of Bargarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Angul, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj.
