Bhubaneswar: Several parts of Odisha are likely to experience heavy rainfall during the next 4 days as a cyclonic circulation formed over the Bay of Bengal today.
According to the MeT, a cyclonic circulation lies over Eastcentral Bay of Bengal at 5.8 km above mean sea level.
Under the influence of the system, heavy rainfall is likely to lash many places from tomorrow till July 10.
As per the forecast, Heavy Rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Koraput, Malkangiri between July 6 and 7.

Heavy Rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar during July 9 and 10.
The MeT also issued thunderstorm alert for several districts today.
As per the prediction, Thunderstorm with lightning very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of
Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati today.
Such weather condition is likely to continue till tomorrow morning.
