Here’re details of new COVID-19 cases in Cuttack city

Cuttack: Out of 4 new COVID-19 cases reported in Cuttack district, two positive cases belong to the Silver city, informed Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) today.

As per case details shared by the civic body authorities, the two cases are the local contacts from Cantonment Road and Ranihat area.

The cases included a 34-year-old male from Cantonment Road and a 33-year-old male from Ranihat. Both the cases are the contacts of previous cases reported on June 21.

Following detection of new cases, further contact tracing, sanitisation work and active surveillance in the concerned ares are being carried out, the CMC tweeted.

With the fresh cases, the number of COVID-19 cases in Cuttack city rose to 32 with 10 active cases and 21 recovered cases. One patients has died of COVID-19 in the city so far.
