Hollywood actress flaunts Odisha-born designer Bibhu Mohapatra’s work at Emmy Awards

Bhubaneswar: Odisha-born designer Bibhu Mohapatra once again impressed fashionistas as American actress Ilana Rose Glazer donned a hand pleated chiffon gown designed by him at the 70th annual Emmy Awards.

This is not the first time that the ace designer from Rourkela has made headlines. In association with Odia weavers, he had in 2015 designed a six yard long onion pink silk sari with a cream border and silk thread embroideries on it, which was gifted to Michelle Obama, wife of the then US President Barack Obama.
