Fiorella Bizzaro, the tourist, lodged a complaint in this regard with Baliapanda police following which proprietor of Hotel Krishna Residency, Hemant Bhanja was detained at the police station for interrogation.
According to reports, she had booked a room of the hotel online by paying Rs 2450 few months ago.
However, the hotel authorities couldn’t provide her a room when she reached there yesterday. The owner of the hotel also allegedly misbehaved with her.
