Human skeleton recovered from septic tank in Sundargarh; police probe begins

Rourkela: Recovery of a human skeleton from a septic tank in Munda Basti under Koida police limits of Sundargarh district has been a point of discussion for past few days.

Initially some locals spotted the human skeleton and informed the Koida police station few days back. But the police did not turn up or conduct a probe.

However, some personnel of the police station reached the spot today and recovered the skeleton.

Sources said the skeleton was of a woman. But the police are yet to find a lead how the skeleton was found its way into the septic tank.
