Bhubaneswar, Nov 4:
Odisha-based internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik would soon don the hat of an academician as Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) would launch a certificate course in sand art. For this, IGNOU would rope him to teach students.
IGNOU would launch the online training programme on sand art for duration of one month. The programme would commence from next academic session, Prof Ravindra Kumar, IGNOU vice-chancellor (in-charge) informed today.
IGNOU would finalise the course modalities within three months, Kumar added.
