Interesting watch: Odisha singer Krishna Beura features in international music video for LGBT pride

Bhubaneswar: Singer Krishna Beura has crooned for Hollywood singer-songwriter Shani Rigsbee, in a music video for the movie XYX that spreads awareness on the LGBT community and promote their acceptance and equal rights in the society.

Titled “Isn’t Love Enough”, Beura has compose the tune of this song and sung the lyrics of Bulleh Shah. “It was a fantastic experience for me, collaborating with Shani, who is known to work on humanitarian issues. I have been amazing reviews from my fans and listeners. I am grateful for being associated with the movement of LGBT pride,” said Beura, in a chat with Odisha Sun Times.

This music video has been shot in various parts of the USA and in Mumbai and also stars Preeti Sharma, Tarun Gehlot and Neha Iyer. Directed and produced by Rigsbee, this music video commemorates LGBT pride month of June and celebrates love between two people, irrespective of their gender. “Love in any form is divine. Judging people for their sexuality is inhuman. Everyone has the right to make choices for themselves,” said Beura.
