Ipsita of Cuttack city was selected to represent Odisha at Mrs Femina 2021, a first-of-its-kind virtual talent organised by Worldwide Media Private Limited. She was competing with 19 other contestants to move to the Top 10 of the beauty pageant.

The KIIT alumna is a software engineer by profession. She had participated in many beauty pageants in the past. She was the second runner up in Supermodel India-2019. She had won Miss Ethnic Odisha-2015 title. Besides, she was among the top 5 contestants in Zee TV Miss Ethnic India-2015.
