Irrigation engineer drinks liquor in office in Odisha’s Kendrapara; video goes viral

Kendrapara: An engineer working in the Irrigation department is seen in a video while drinking liquor inside his office in Kendrapara district and the video went viral today on social media platforms.

In the viral video, the official is seen sitting in front of a table along with two of his friends and glasses filled with liquor and Chakhana (eatables) kept on it. No trace of files or any other official document is there. The Section office of the Irrigation department is located in Narayanpur, a source said.

A local resident has captured the video through his mobile phone. However, the date exactly when the bizarre incident took place has not been ascertained yet, the source added.

A man standing outside the frame is heard asking, “What is going on here?”

To this, the engineer replied, “I am not taking anything, but the guys.”
