ITDA assistant engineer under Odisha Vigilance scanner

Baripada: Odisha Vigilance officials today raided multiple places in connection with allegation against Durga Madhab Mishra, Assistant Engineer, Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA), over allegation of amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

Sleuths of the anti-corruption agency conducted simultaneous raids at his office here, rented house at Murgabadi here, houses in Bhubaneswar, Nayagarh and Khordha.

However, the rented house was found locked and Mishra was absent when the Vigilance officials reached the place this morning.

Till last reports came in, the raids were underway and calculation of total value of his movable and immovable properties was yet to be completed.
