Watch: Jail inmates fishing outside prison in Odisha

Keonjhar: A fresh video that surfaced on social media featuring some inmates of Anandapur Jail fishing outside prison revealed illegal activities taking place in knowledge of the jail authorities.

The video showed that the jail inmates were catching fish from water outside Anandapur Jail in Keonjhar district.

Taking action, the jail authorities transferred the Jailer Jiban Singh Munda to Champua Jail following the video went viral on social media.

Earlier, the Jailer of Anandapur Jail was in controversy for several allegations leveled against him by three warders including a woman warder at the jail.
