Junior Men’s Nationals: Hockey Odisha to meet Punjab in final today

Hockey Odisha stormed into the final after they outplayed Sports Authority of India (SAI) 6-0 in the semifinal of the 4^th Hockey India Junior Men’s National Championship 2014 (Division A) here on Saturday.

In the final, Hockey Odisha would meet Punjab today.

Hockey Odisha took control of the game right from the beginning when Joseph Toppo scored a field goal in the 9^th minute. Two minutes later, Felix Baa scored the second goal. In the 24^th minute, Nilam Sanjeep Xess scored the third goal for his team.

In the second half, Hockey Odisha scored three goals through Teophil Kujur (52^nd minute) and Prasan Tirkey (54^th and 56^th minute).
