Kidnapped Odisha minor girl rescued from Kolkata

A 14-year-old abducted tribal girl from Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district was rescued by police from Kolkata yesterday.

According to reports, the girl was allegedly kidnapped by a person who was working as a mason in an under construction building near Sikharchandi here.

After receiving the news from Kolkata police about the girl’s rescue, her parents are seeking help from the Infocity police station here.

The girl went missing from the under construction building site 7 days ago. Notably, her parents came from a tribal area in Mayurbhanj to Infocity area here in order to work as masons in the under construction building. The girl had come here with her parents.
