Koraput: A landslide at Sunki ghat in Odisha's Koraput district affected vehicular movement on NH-26, today.

The incident took place late last night bringing vehicular movement to a grinding halt on the portion of the National Highway. Hundreds of vehicles, including passenger buses and goods trucks, remained stranded on the road for a stretch of around 50 km.

Incessant rainfall led to the landslide, reports said. Normalcy in vehicular movement was restored after a 14-hour-long effort by locals and concerned officials.
