Odisha: Close shave for realtor as miscreants open fire on his car in Sundargarh

Bhubaneswar: Two bike-borne miscreants allegedly opened fire on the vehicle of a real estate businessman in Odisha’s Sundargarh district today.

The incident took place near the Biramitrapur Tehsil office in Sundargarh.

As per reports, the miscreants opened fire on the vehicle of real estate businessman Uttam Kumar Ghosh while he was on his way to Biramitrapur Tehsil office for registration of a landed property.

Ghosh, a resident of Sector no. 20 of Rourkela, managed to escape unhurt in the firing incident. However, the bullets hit the window glasses of his vehicle.

On being informed, Biramitrapur police reached the spot and launched a probe into the incident. The cops have launched a manhunt to arrest the miscreants.
