Bhubaneswar: Three persons, including a father-son duo, were killed in a road mishap in Odisha’s Ganjam district today.

As per reports, the trio lost their lives due to a collision between two Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycles near Damdorpalli village under Jarada police limits in Ganjam.

The deceased have been identified as Dau Goud, his son Sunil Kumar Goud and Rajesh Panigrahi.

A person was also critically injured in the accident. He has been admitted to a hospital at Patrapur.

Chikiti MLA Manoranjan Dyan Samantaray has asked the hospital authorities to arrange proper healthcare to the injured person.

The MLA also conveyed condolences to the bereaved family.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi too expressed grief over the death of the three persons in the road mishap.

Majhi has announced an ex-gratia of Rs 4 lakh each to the deceased’s families from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF).
