Bhubaneswar: Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers' Federation (OMFED) has increased the prices of its milk variants across the state. 

With the hike in prices, effective from June 12, 2025, the premium and toned milk now costs Rs 2 more per liter. 

Similarly, the price of Gold milk has been increased by Rs 4 per liter. 

Here's the OMFED milk prices following hike: 

Toned Milk - Rs 50/Ltre
Premium Milk - Rs 54/Ltre
Gold Premium + Mlik - Rs 60/Ltre
Gold Premium Milk - Rs 56/Ltre

On the occasion of World Milk Day on June 1 this year, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi had announced a significant incentive for milk producers in the state. As per the announcement, the farmers associated with the OMFED will now receive an additional ₹3 per litre of milk supplied to the federation. 

Out of the total price hike of Rs 4 per litre for the consumers, the state government will bear Rs 2 per litre for them.
