Bhubaneswar: Due to a cyclonic circulation over Westcentral Bay of Bengal and adjoining south Coastal Andhra Pradesh lying over Southwest Bay of Bengal off Tamil Nadu coast, light rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places over 13 districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours, India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre in Bhubaneswar forecasted today.

In its mid-day bulletin, the IMD mentioned, “The highest maximum temperature of 35.0°C was recorded at Malkangiri and the lowest minimum temperature of 16.5°C was recorded at Phulbani in the plains of Odisha. No major change both in the Maximum and Minimum temperatures are likely to occur at many places over the districts of Odisha during next five days.”

Light rain or thunderstorm is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri and dry weather very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha.

Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha.
