Liquor manufacturing unit busted in Khordha; woman held

Bhubaneswar:  Continuing its crackdown on illegal liquor trade, the Quick Action Team (QAT) of Commissionerate  Police today with the help of Excise officials and Begunia police busted a manufacturing unit at Rasolo village in Khordha district and detained a woman in this connection.

The detained woman is the owner of the factory and she is being interrogated.

The cops also seized 160 litres of alcohol, a car and packing materials from her possession.  Further investigation is on in this connection, sources said.
