Koraput: Lockdown has been imposed in all Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and some panchayats of Odisha's Koraput district from July 20 to 27 for COVID-19 containment. The weekend shutdown will continue during the period, an official order of the District Collector said.

The areas under lockdown are all four ULBs-- Koraput, Sunabeda, Jeypure and Kotpad, and Charangul, Mathalput, Borigumma, Laxmipur and Pottangi panchayats.

Shops dealing with vegetable, grocery, milk, bread, fruits, fish, mutton, chicken and egg will be allowed to open between 7.00 AM and 1.00 PM.
