Lok Sabha member from Odisha tests COVID-19 positive

Baragarh: Biju Janata Dal leader and Member of Parliament from Bhadrak Constituency Manjulata Mandal has tested positive for COVID-19.

She took to twitter to inform the news of her health. “After developing symptoms of COVID-19, I got the test done and the report came positive”.

“My health is stable and I’m under home quarantine. I request all the people who have come in contact with me recently to get isolated and tested,” she further added. 

Worth mentioning, Bhadrak MLA Sanjib Mallick has tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday.

So far, 10 leaders, including a Minister of the ruling BJD, have been infected with the virus.
