Mallikarjun Kharge, Priyanka Gandhi to visit Odisha in Feb

Bhubaneswar: AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and general secretary Priyanka Gandhi will visit Odisha in February, informed Odisha PCC president Sarat Pattanayak.

Kharge and Priyanka will address public meetings during the ‘Haath se Haath Jodo’ programme to be organised by Odisha Congress in February.

The OPCC chief informed this during Odisha Congress’ Bharat Jodo Yatra at Rajgangpur in Sundargarh district. He said that the dates of public meetings will be intimated soon.

Pattanayak said that the state unit of Congress will launch ‘Haath se Haath Jodo’ programme from January 26. Lakhs of Congress workers and supporters will attend the programme.

Source said that the Congress is planning to invite Priyanka and Kharge to the programme to show its strength ahead of general elections.
