Man beaten to death in post poll violence in Odisha’s Ganjam

Dharakote: In an alleged case of post poll violence, a man was beaten to death in Dharakote area of Odisha’s Ganjam district today.

The deceased was identified as Mitu Bisoi (35). The incident took place at Sundipalli village within Badagada police limits.

As per reports, Mitu was hacked to death by unidentified people. Injury marks on his head and leg indicated that he was beaten with a sharp weapon.

On getting information, police reached the spot and started investigation. Further details are awaited.
