Man ends life after killing wife in Odisha’s Malkangiri

Bhubaneswar: A man ended his life after allegedly killing his wife over domestic discord in Odisha’s Malkangiri district today.

The man allegedly killed his wife by slitting her throat at Padia Harijan Sahi in Malkangiri. The incident took place while the victim was staying with her parents, sources said.

Soon after killing his wife, the accused also slit his throat in a suicide bid, villagers said.

He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival, they added.
