Sambalpur: A man died after a pickup van struck the bicycle he was riding today near NSCB College Chowk in Sambalpur district.

According to sources, a speeding egg-laden pickup van collided with the bicycle rider, lost control and turned turtle around 1.30 pm.

The bicyclist died on the spot. His identity was yet to established.
