Man runs over two kids while driving training in Odisha

Jajpur: In a heart-rending incident, two minor kids were killed after a truck run over them at Dehurasahi of Kharadi panchayat under Sukinda police limits in Odisha’s Jajpur district.

As per reports, a man was learing truck driving in the village while he lost control over the wheels and rammed into a thatched house where as many as five children were playing. While the ill-fated truck mowed down two, it injured as many. The deceased have been identified as Nandini Munda (5) and Jiten Hesa (4).

Similarly, the injured have been identified as Turki Munda (5) and Pradhan Munda (6). While the deceased succumbed to injuries on the spot, the other two injured were rushed to a nearby hospital.

Local police have seized the truck and begun probe into the incident.
