Man, son meet watery grave in Odisha  

Jajpur: In a tragic incident, a man and his son drowned while taking bath in Kharasrota river at Kalyanpur village under Binjharpur police limits in Jajpur district yesterday. Their bodies were recovered from the water body today.

The deceased duo has been identified as Saroj Ranjan Bal and his son Ayush.

Sources said the two had gone to the river yesterday to take bath and later went missing. This morning, some villagers found their bodies floating in the river near Baitangi Matha and called up police.

Later, a police team along with fire department officials reached the spot and fished out the bodies.
