Maoists put posters, ask people to boycott Odisha panchayat polls

After putting posters in Malkangiri and Koraput districts threatening people to boycott the upcoming panchayat polls in Odisha, the Maoists have repeated the act in Kalyansingpur area of Rayagada district as well.

Several Maoist posters bearing the signature of CPI (Maoist) secretary Umakanta Mishra were found at several places of Sikarpai in Kalyansingpur this morning.

In the posters, the red rebels have asked people to abstain from the rural polls.
