A group of armed Maoists set a private bus on fire at Telerai under Kalimela police station limits on Wednesday morning.

According to reports, a private bus OM Travels was on the way from Motu to Malkangiri town when a group of armed Maoist intercepted the bus at Telerai.

When the driver stopped the bus, the ultras asked the passengers to get down.

Later, they set the bus on fire.

Following information, the police and the BSF personnel rushed to the spot and launched a combing operation to nab the Maoists.
