Married youth found hanging with paramour in Odisha

Baripada: A married youth along with his paramour were found hanging from a tree at Gitilata village under Tiring police station in Mayurbhanj district today.

The deceased two have been identified as Rameswar Patra (24), son of one Srihari Patra of Gitilata village, and  Sabita Patra (21), daughter of one Ghasia Nayak of the same village.

Sources said Rameswar was married and had developed illicit affair with Sabita. Both were in love with each other since long. It is suspected that the two took the extreme step due to love failure. Few locals spotted bodies of the two hanging from a tree near the village this morning and raised an alarm. On receiving information, police reached the spot and sent the bodies to Rairangpur Sub-Divisional Hospital for post-mortem.

Further investigation is on in this connection.
