The proprietor of news website niankhunta.com Pradip Pandey today submitted the CD of the controversial video clip with the Bhubaneswar Civil Court (Senior Division) here in connection with the defamation suit filed against him by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Mayor Ananta Narayan Jena, reports said.

The uploading of the controversial sex video clip on the website had led to a flutter in the state after NSUI state unit President Itish Pradhan at a press conference claimed it to be purportedly of Jena and had demanded a CBI probe into the matter.

Jena had filed defamation suit against Pandey and Pradhan over the broadcast of the controversial video.

The Bhubaneswar Civil Court (Senior Division) while admitting the defamation suit has recorded the statements of both Pandey and Pradhan in the matter.
