Expressing grief over the tragic bus accident in Mayurbhanj which claimed lives of at least five persons, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh to the family of each of the deceased.

Besides, Patnaik directed for free treatment of the injured ones.

Notably, a bus collided head-on with a tractor near Kherana forest in Mayurbhanj district today killing five persons on the spot and injuring more than ten others.
